The tech was wonderful - but the automated system was most frustrating.The service call was delayed twice because I could not get it to accept that the part had arrived and I was waiting.Tyler was fast, professional, and courteous, and I look forward to resuming maintenance and repair for our other appliances.

The service repairmen were very knowledgeable and polite. The parts were shipped ahead of time and waiting on them. The biggest issue was pinpointing a time that they would arrive. Even the morning of the day they were arrive the time for their arrival was stated as sometime between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. After waiting all day they finally showed up at 6:00 pm. We are very pleased with the work, not so pleased with the scheduling. Surely it could be stated within at least a 4 hour period.

I was very pleased with the repair service on our dishwasher. The response to our call for repair was prompt and we were told then, when we could expect the appointment. The service person called before he came. He was very professional. He explained what needed to be done and completed it very efficiently. Also,we were very happy that our service contract covered the cost. We will definitely rely on Sears for any other repairs on appliances.
