They are quick to respond, almost always the same day, and their repair and maintenance people are nice and professional. Scott is the best. Teresa in the office is the sweetest and so efficient. They came out pretty quickly, and spent more time really checking out my A/C unit than any of the other companies I have dealt with. And got it working like a charm! And they were so polite and honest!

I'm a landlord with multiple units and Lucas is the only HVAC company I call now. Aside from always providing great service, there have been multiple times that I would say they've gone above and beyond, and done so at an exceptionally low price point. In addition to their great work and very reasonable price, they've been able to fit me in the day I've called every single time. I can't recommend them enough.
