“I needed some landscaping work done and Roger Smith, the owner, came out and we discussed the project which was removing some railroad ties, bushes, and rocks, and grading the remaining surface. He gave me an estimate which I thought was reasonable and he was able to get his crew there in less than two weeks to start the job. I was very impressed with him and his workers as they worked hard to complete the job and were very responsive to any concern I raised as they worked. We did run into an unexpected problem caused by too many rocks in the remaining soil which required them to bring in some topsoil to complete the job. There was an additional charge for that and the additional work to spread it which I thought was very reasonable. They also planted grass and put down straw over a portion of the grass that got covered up by the topsoil. Overall I was very pleased with their work and the price I paid was reasonable. I would hire them again.“
