I've used Gardners for service calls for many years - it may take some time to get worked in but when they come it usually gets fixed on the first visit. Recently had them quote a rip and replace. They were the best price but I didn't go with them because it took several calls to get someone to show up and walk the job and I still don't have a copy of a quote - just a verbal and that's not how I do business. Nice folks just some lacking follow up.

Woke up on Saturday November 14th House cold at 63degrees , furnace out. I called Gardner's at 7, the on call technician , Ronald, said he would be over in 30 minute. He came right over and quickly discovered the problem, a blower motor was out....an uncommon part. He called the supplier but, being Saturday, they were closed. Ronald called an employee of the supplier at his home, they met at the supplier shop, Ronald got the motor, returned and installed it and by 11 the house was toasty warm. I told him I really appreciated his effort to get my furnace repaired. He modestly said, "That's what I'm here for"'.
