About Erma Ora Byrd Clinical Center
The Erma Ora Byrd Clinical Center is a multi-specialty medical facility with various fields of medicine under one roof. The clean and welcoming building has convenient amenities such as handicap parking spots and a drive-through drop-off/pickup area. The staff, particularly those on the 3rd floor, are polite and helpful. While some may find the doctors to be professional but not overly personable, the center is known for getting things done and providing excellent service. Overall, patients are satisfied with their experience and intend to continue using the center's services.
Great folks. With several different fields of medicine in one building.Clean and makes a less than desirable trip a bit more welcoming.Several Handicap parking spots, plus a drive through drop off/pick up awning.
I am giving a good review for the G I employees on the 3rd floor. Christy Gibson practitioner for Dr. Joshi the liver specialist. Was very polite and very helpful to understand. I can't wait to see her again. Also who is in charge of cleaning maintenance for outside , cigarette butts and also there was puke on the sidewalk.
Went for a sleep study. Everyone was nice. Doctor was professional, but not exactly personable. Felt robotic. Seems as though the medical field is becoming more and more this way. The days of personal care are making way for the conveyor belt.
