Unfortunately our boy Biscuit passed away on a Sunday leaving us searching for options for his remains. We found this place on the internet and called in hopes of a return call on Monday. I was surprised to get a call from Ronnie the same day and he was able to take care of our boy that evening. He is very kind and respectful and put Biscuit on a padded cart and covered hom like he was asleep. A nice man to deal with and had my dog in a nice wooden box and ready for pickup the next day. Very reasonable prices.

I had the unfortunate experience of riding with my sister as she had to say goodbye to her family furbaby. She wanted to have her girl cremated to keep with her. She found Setting Sun and told me she’d like to use them. I just happened to be talking to a friend of mine that used Setting Sun and she absolutely loves Ronnie and used his services in the past. We went there afterwards and from the moment we met Ronnie, it was like he’d known us forever. He was so polite, friendly, and professional. He made the experience of losing a family pet more bearable. He didn’t try to push my sister into buying something she didn’t want or couldn’t afford. His prices are very reasonable and his experience proved to be valuable! But the most important part was his gentleness and genuine concern for my sister and her furbaby. I have two boys myself and I know beyond a shadow of a doubt who I will be using for their final rest. Thank you Ronnie for your genuineness and your professionalism!
