I would not recommend this clinic for anything more than eye glass prescriptions. Dr. Knotts wrote a report saying I have macular degeneration, according to WVU Retinal Surgeons, I do NOT, and never did have macular degeneration.

Everything about my visit was fabulous! Very thorough exam. Modern equipment and the BEST thing is they have a new machine to take pictures of your eye and you don’t have to be dilated ! Love it !!!

I am appalled by this office. My son had an appointment aug.26th the young woman told me 10-14 days til they would be ready, she will call me. My other son and husband had an appointment a week later they were told the same thing. So 3 weeks later still have not heard anything about my son's glasses. But I finally get a call about my other sons and husband's they are ready... Well where is my oldest's? Apparently while in kingwood picking up my husband on Aug 31 I magically showed up for an appointment in grafton at the same time and picked up his glasses. Here's the kicker they said they said they just handed them out the door(outside dispense)... I thought they needed...read full review
