I do not have my glasses made there, I use Warby Parker, so a delay at the Eye Care center or any other lab is not a deal breaker for me. Delays happen. Materials on back order or what ever.Knowing that I will most likely get my glasses made elsewhere, staff has still been very kind and attentive, helping me to find a style that I may like and is flattering. I'm a fan!“
