Had a leak in my kitchen, called Lanier. Was told I would be called back at 5pm, finally got called back at 10pm. Scheduled for Tuesday. Called again on Monday to confirm and gave address, was told "I usually start about 9:30am, so I'll be there about then".9:30 comes and goes... text at 10:00 to see if still coming, no response. Never showed up, never called to explain why, completely ghosted.
