“Somebody (TARA) finally got it right! I've been to so many salons and I don't know why they couldn't understand what I wanted. I had pictures - and spent a lot of money! I'm in Pittsburgh. My friend lives in Weirton and loves this place. So... my first time to this salon and Tara got it perfect. Blended layered colors and layered cut. (About $50 less than Pittsburgh!) Definitely worth the trip. Thank you Tara!“
