These people are storm chasers that will take advantage of you and try to rob you of your money and everything that you own. They violated federal laws, during the transaction by utilizing illegal immigrants. Also, the local code laws Baker and Harris broke by trying to evade from attaining a building permit. Dave the gutter guy was amazing. He did great work and with good quality.The roofing crew was not good. I would not recommend them to anyone. They broke a light on my deck and just pushed the broken glass into the yard. I have gathered up three shopping bags full of nails and other debris even after I made them come back to clean up. About a month after the install I had shingles blowing off that they had to come back to repair. Absolutely terrible to deal with. I do not recommend Steve kemper builders for roofing to anyone.The sales person Jennifer was very personable and friendly. Dustin was the most helpful individual that I’ve had the pleasure of working with on any home project. He’s respectful, knowledgeable, and cares deeply about your overall happiness with the job. The roof looks amazing and we really appreciate all the guidance during this process.The construction site was cleaned up and the roofing team was very professional and meticulous about the cleanup.
