Window World is a joke when it comes to honoring their “lifetime” warranty. Had patio doors installed last year and the screen door on one quit sliding and always comes off. Have been trying to get them to come out and look at it for months! Every time I call to have them come out, I always get an excuse that they are busy and short staffed. Guess what???? That is not my problem!!!!!!Update.....Window World finally called back out of the blue to let us know someone was coming out to look at the door. My windows are beautiful! They showed up on time, stayed for 7 hours, no breaks, no hanging out, no talking on phone. All business. Cleaned up every thing. Took all trash with them. Outstanding job. So very impressed. I've had a lot of work done at my home recently and Window World is #1 in my book.

I am very satisfied with my new windows from Window World. The guy who did the installation was professional, did a great job, even corrected a lousy job done around windows by company who did my siding. Plan to have the remainder of my windows done in the near future.
