I began a year and a half ago at Mt. Zion Baptist Church's Kingdom Karate. Being a moderately active semi-mature lady, I have been thrilled to discover this system is more about discipline and Strategy than brawn. I'm learning skills I can actually understand, perform, enjoy, and get a workout in the process. I have earned a yellow belt in a group spanning ages across decades. Professor Jason's instruction is life skill training well worth every cent.

So, I was just scrolling on my phone and accidentally hit the review, and it wouldn't let me back out, lol. I was thinking of trying to get my son involved, and didn't want to leave a bad review for no reason. �

I bring my daughter for discipline as well as learning to defend herself and I have to say as far as teaching, and not feeling uptight. Far better than the class I had my son in! 10 stars!
