This was my first visit, but far from my first massage. Julie did an amazing job! She focused on releasing my chronic pain areas and overall I feel very peaceful, relaxed and serene. I plan on combining visits w/ her and my chiropractic; as this really is a winning combination for me. I look forward to my next massage with Julie! Thank you so much!

I enjoyed my experience at Helping Hands Massage Therapy. The establishment was extremely clean and calming. Jamal was prompt, polite and professional. He answered all of my questions and listened intently to my descriptions of my physical needs. Can wait for my next appointment.
