Worse company I’ve worked for. Company doesn’t have any kind of employee support. Management act like they own the business. If you have any kind of mental health or disabilities this is not the job for you, was let go because of having autism and depression. No professionalism at all.

These were recommended by my kitchen remodeling company. We are now 7 years in. At 4 years, factory applied paint started to chip and crack. At the 5 year mark, a special refinisher had to come and touch up many areas and repaint. One year later now (out of warranty period), some areas are fully peeling off. For the high price these are very poorly made and not built to last. Look elsewhere.

My kitchen designer highly recommended these cabinets. They have been installed since 4/19 and their beauty and quality exceed our expectations. However, Greenfield Cabinetry receives my highest praise for its customer service. Due to unexpected mistakes, two different issues arose. First my food closet was supposed to be a combination of fixed shelves and pull out drawers (a money saving compromise). But when they arrived we discovered that they could not be installed as ordered. Greenfield sent a corporate representative to our house, he reviewed the situation and instead of trying to create a work around, the company offered to upgrade our cabinet by providing us with all pull out drawers at no extra cost to us. The second issue was related to the built in two drawer file cabinet that was installed in my kitchen office area. While beautiful and functional, it wasn't always opening smoothly - some of the folders I was using were getting caught and pulling both drawers open when I only wanted to open one. Again the corporate rep visited. He kept in touch with me throughout the weeks-long wait to provide me with updates. And then he returned to my house to provide me with a choice of solutions. Their engineering department had studied the problem from all angles and I had a choice of several remedies. In addition, the Greenfield rep came bearing gifts of new, higher quality than I was using file folders and hanging files to add to the solution as well as a way to thank me for my patience. Their customer service is superior!!! Even better was knowing they listened to my concerns, addressed them, and made changes to their processes going forward to ensure no other customer encounters these same minor issues. Now that's the kind of company I will support all day long. Thanks Greenfield Cabinetry. In a very crowded field, you stand out for the quality of what you sell and for the customer-centered employees you hire!!
