They called before arrival, explained their cleaning processes and were extremely courteous and quick. The price wasn't bad but it was only a couch so not sure of their regular pricing. I would recommend.

Katelynn Stover went above and beyond taking her time to make sure she did the very best in cleaning our carpets. We are in love with our carpet again and will always refer her and Stanley Steamer!

Ashley came at the very beginning of the appointment window. She explained everything before getting started. She was efficient and thorough. I had a queen and a king bed celeaned, deodorized, and protected. I ended up adding protection on my sectional and ottoman. Ashley did both with no problem even though I added it at the last minute. She was very kind, very pleasant, and had great work ethic. I highly recommend Stanley Steamer and her work.
