I don’t want to be too negative But today I dropped my Buddy off for an 8am appointment and at 4pm they hadn’t even started! They were still doing walk ins from the morning. The procedure was to take less than an hour and we never got a call that there would be a huge delay. My wife tried to call in the afternoon and was on hold for 15 minutes and then gave up and went to pick him up. There is no excuse to not call with an update and maybe let us know he was ok. Change the follow up process to the owners?
We came in a month ago to get our dog checked out. Unfortunately it wasn’t good news and our baby had to be put to sleep. My husband originally went in. They were patient while I drove from the other end of Saint Albans to here and bring our kids in to say goodbye beforehand. I will say the whole visit was expensive for not being able to bring our dog home. Staff was great, another lady was waiting to be called back and was very rude saying she had waited for so long and I said at least you have your dog. Be patient. Other than that, the staff was helpful, kind and very patient with us while we said goodbye to our boy.
We had a walk in appointment for our dog & cat to get health certificates. We got there 10 minutes before opening & were like 10th in line so it was a long wait but the staff & vets were amazing. Clearly they are good at what they do. I appreciate a vet with walk in hours.
