After taking time off of work and to arrange a walk in visit for my ill cat, I tried to call in as the procedure dictates. I was placed on hold for over an hour. During this time I somehow moved backwards in the call list. When I finally got through I was informed that I would be unable to have my cat seen today because while the phones were down I was now 1 min too late to put myself in line for a walk in appointment. I did become snippy with a receptionist and for that I apologize.

Agree with another reviewer .. avoid Dr. Rossi and you might be ok. I've tried 4 times, unsuccessfully, to endure her rude, overly detached, and apathetic persona. At first I thought maybe she was just having a bad day .. it happens .. but it's EVERY day with her. I've even looked at it as a challenge with her on multiple occasions to start an encounter off being overly friendly and that just seems to make it worse. I must say though ... if you can get Dr. Chappell (sp?) you will be in good hands and your experience will likely be positive.
