Went today for an urgent care visit. The receptionist was super kind. The provider I met with was also really sweet and nice. I wasn’t there longer than 30-40 minutes. I will absolutely return when needed. I had zero issues.

I have been to Prompt Care several times and have always had a great experience. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The visit is always pretty fast and efficient. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have used Prompt Care as our primary care doctor since 2016. Have been 100% satisfied with service we've received. Everyone we encounter are kind, courteous, professional and competest. Wait time is minimal. Would recommend them for anyone needing medical attention.
