Had our older central air unit serviced! Our technicians were Mike and Morgan! Extremely professional,informative and educated in all areas to perform their job! Also love the fact that this is a family owned business so they value their customers and are very fair in pricing ! First time using and although hoping we will not need to for awhile , we will continue to do business with them! Highly recommend!
I contacted Weatherservice regarding maintenance on my furnace. Tim was the tech that came out to check everything. He was very professional and took the time in explaining everything. He even let me know what year my furnace was manufactured.
Will be calling again for maintenance and/or repairs in the future.
What an I possibly say for Weatherservice other than they literally saved my life! My furnace went out without warning in January. After contacting and applying for help through CAD for the weatherization program, I was contacted by Brian at Weatherservice. They assessed my furnace and got the approval for it to be replaced. Working quickly through their schedule( as I had been without heat for 2 months total and am disabled and scheduled for surgery)....they came in and removed a beast of a furnace with an energy efficient Bryant furnace.
