Would love to see more affordable housing within the communities in Clarksburg such as the recently completed duplexes on Monticello Avenue,hopefully more will follow possibly on some of the vacant lots.Tiny,unsubsidized,lease to own affordable housing could also be an option for the increasing number of vacant lots in Clarksburg due to demolition.
