Someone called me and made me wait 15 minutes to be transferred to the person who originally left the message. she said the call was regarding a personal matter and was not financially related. She wouldn’t disclose what the call was regarding until I verified some personal information. Then she tells me I owe them $60 that I never received a bill for. I was not going to give a credit card number over the phone and asked if a bill could be sent. She said it could. Very very creepy and unprofessional.
