Idk? What that one Lady was even talking about? These folks have treated me with kindness and helpfulness ever since I started taking my SWIPER to them. Doc Hudson is whom has treated my son the most and done everything in her power to help my boy! I've never had anyone at all be rude to me while at this vet,staff has always been wonderful and helpful to ME..and for someone to say they won't give results is pure lies,they gave me copy's of his X-rays and all of them have been completely professional and quite sincere and caring for my boy.. Hard to schedule an appointment over the phone. Mailbox was always full and I couldn't ever get anyone to answer before sending me to the voicemail. I ultimately drove there and talked to them in person. Once you actually get in with your furbabies it's a 5 star plus rating. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. I took 3 dogs in for rabies vaccines. Literally took less than 5 minutes to do all 3. Total was right around $50.00 for all 3! You cannot beat that anyplace. Saved a bunch of money. All of this combined shows why they are always so busy.
The clinic itself is very nice! Very clean and professional. Walk in for shots and nail trims are very quick! In and out in less than 10 min. The young girl who trimmed my dogs nails was so very nice and patient.
However. The blonde receptionist up front does not need to be in customer service. She did not make eye contact or smile. I tried to lighten the mood with a joke and she didn't even look up. Seemed very unhappy to be there. No hi, hello or welcome. Super cringe.
