My mom had an appointment at 2 today, March 6th. We arrived 15 minutes early to find you was closed. No one called my mom to inform her that you were closed.

This was my first year using an accountant and it was not a pleasant experience. We showed up to the appt scheduled for 9ak and no one was there. After waiting for 20 min, I called to leave a VM and asked to reschedule. No one returned my call. It wasn't until I called back in the afternoon that I was informed the woman doing our taxes had overslept. It wouldn't have been a big deal bc I understand tax time is busy and mistakes happen, but I would have appreciated a courtesy phone call once Paula was in the office.When I did finally see someone, everything went okay. Don't do any work for this place, they will say you didn't complete the work and refuse to pay you. I'm sure this reflects other business practices of theirs and I hope it costs them like it cost us.
