I LOVE this Animal clinic! They've always done anything needed to take care of my fur baby💜 even after moving to Putnam County I will continue to make the drive to make sure he continues to get the excellent care they provide. I also love that they have scripture at the bottom of the receipt they give you for the visit.
I love this establishment, the prices, and Dr. Lee especially. My pugs are well taken care of here.
My only complaint is the check out staff. I feel as if I’m always spoken to with attitude. I’m hard of hearing and wear hearing aids so communication can be difficult for me and the lack of patience makes me uncomfortable.
Other than that, the technicians and Dr. Lee are always great!
I haven't had experience yet with bringing my animals in for anything other than euthanizing them. I had two senior inside cats that I got most of their previous care elsewhere. I've had another cat euthanized in the past and Kanawha Blvd Animal Hospital definitely went above and beyond. They even have separate rooms just for the death process and it's done with such compassion.
