“I called Michelle's Refrigeration this afternoon for an estimate on our AC unit. I was surprised when Rodney said they offered free estimates, and he could come look at our unit within a few hours. I had already called at least 8 other companies, and all of them required a service fee of $80.00 or more. Rodney arrived when he said he would, he was very professional, took his time and thoroughly searched for a solution to our very, very "old" unit, which is around 45 years old. I was so worried that I would have to spend thousands on a new unit, but Rodney fixed it! Yes, it's a very old unit and will probably need replaced soon, I was extremely relieved that I did not have to put out that kind of money, especially during this pandemic. I am so grateful for honest, and dependable people like Rodney. I know who we're going to call when it's time to replace our unit with a new one.
