From start to finish, the team at Cunningham Parker and Johnson was professional as my mother and I made funeral arrangements for my aunt. After my initial communication with Bryan, he provided a full list of services and prices which we were able to thoroughly review, to decide appropriate services for my aunt. When we arrived at Cunningham Parker to discuss services, we found Bryan to be personable and approachable as he walked us through the process and answered all our questions. Jordan came to the house and went over funeral arrangements for my dad. He did a great job of explaining everything and we were able to take care of the arrangements. He answered my questions, as well as dads and we were very happy to get this taken care of.

This Stonemor venue has delayed the burial of my mother for over a week due to their use of a 3rd party payment company. When we sat down with the director she made it sound like it would be 48hrs at max before a date could be set. We are on business day 8 as of this post. They are unwilling to allow me to pay cash and have pushed us into using my mothers life insurance. The 3rd party verification for this is handled by EFF (EXPRESS Funeral Funding) who has failed to verify. I am now told that my mothers funeral will be closed casket due the time lapse and the degradation of her body. This is absolutely unacceptable. Please protest this venue and any Stonemor or EFF affiliates.
