Her communication was excellent and my boys were so happy and had a great time! She sent me pictures and updates on my boys! I love the fenced in area so they can run and play! “I was invited to 3 dog farm for a familiarization session and orientation, which was appreciated for the forward thinking of the management.
I absolutely adored EVERYTHING about this operation, and the meticulous planning behind the scenes ensures smooth and efficient day to day operations. The grounds and building areas are EXTREMELY clean. I NEVER once smelled urine or feces odors the entire visit. Even the grooming bathing area was super sanitary as well. Guest items are professionally inventoried, food wants, and special instructions are completely respected. The entire facility is organized better than a law library. Every member of the staff was very kind, straight forward, confident, and informative. The outlots of the facility are beyond gorgeous, and gives a very relaxing feeling.
HUGE open fenced areas for the guest to safely play. An amazing river on property for the water lovers, and scheduled feedings for every guest. Now, I call them guests because the experience is akin to the best 5 star resort for any pooch. I have stayed in resorts for humans that could take
lessons from these folks.
