Total Tech was fantastic! Called in on Monday and Katie (scheduling) was absolutely wonderful. She had us booked for the next day! I was truly and sadly expecting at least a week wait to get an appointment so this made my day! The Tech showed up between the stated hours and I even got a text and call when he was en route. Quick fix thankfully after one very dead chipmunk blew a capacitor. Will definitely be using Total Tech for all my future HVAC needs and will recommend to others!
