“We have used DandyWorks for many jobs. We were very pleased with his work. I would highly recommend.“
“Customer service was fantastic and owner made it abundantly clear that he’s there to make the customers happy. Merchandise came in as stated and result is amazing. Thank you“
“Masters Flooring did such a fantastic job replacing carpet on our main floor with hardwood and matching it to the existing hardwood in 2021 that we just had them back to replace carpeting on two stairways and our entire second floor, as well as replacing the old builder grade wood balusters with iron. They accomplished it all in one week, the place looks fantastic, AND they were extremely detail-oriented. (The lower reviews on YELP are due to a Texas business being incorrectly listed on the Masters Flooring Inwood page.)“
“These guys refinished our 1945 oak floors last summer and were amazing. I have been recommending them to anyone and everyone with hardwood floors. There were in and out so quickly and our floors are beautiful.“
“The renovation of both my master bathroom and kitchen performed by HTown Kitchen & Bath was tremendous! I had to have an entire re-build of my master bath shower due to an enormous amount of water damage from neglect form the previous owner. I had to have the floor, walls, and studs replaced. I called numerous contractors; however, none would come out to provide me an estimate stating that they did not service my area (I live in Lake Holiday). When I did finally find a contractor that would do the work, he provided an estimate of $15k just replace the tile shower and 21k to also reface the adjoining jetted tub to match the new tile. In addition, it would be a month and half/ two months before he could even start the job. When I went to HTown Kitchen & Bath and talked with Sasan, he came measured and told me that he could start the project as early as next week and that for under $15k he could not only do a complete re-build of the shower but also reface the jetted tub and install new LVT flooring to match. For an additional $6500 he also installed new granite counter tops and backsplash for my kitchen, installed a 66” coffee station/ bar with matching granite, and as a free additional upgrade reface the family fireplace and hearth with matching granite. In summary, for an additional $7k above the other contractor’s price, not only did I get new flooring in the bathroom, new granite counter tops, backsplash and coffee bar in my kitchen but also, I did not have to wait 2 months for the renovation to begin. I highly, highly recommend seeing Sasan at HTown Kitchen & Bath for your next kitchen/ bath project regardless of how small or large the job is. The attached pictures show all the completed work minus a customized glass shower door and wall that I ordered through him that should be in and installed by next week. I also contracted through him to have my entire bathroom painted (walls, ceiling, doors and trim) for $750.“
