The owner Frank Fato was so nice. He met me with cleaner & paper towel & keys. Told me to wipe door handle before I go in & after I came out. That was the most comfortable I have felt while locating a new home with the Covid 19 virus

My wife and I started house hunting this last summer in preparation for next summer. We visited a couple different places looking at homes. Frank gave us such a good deal on our home, that I couldn’t help but move forward with the purchase this year. We were in a hotel for three weeks before getting to move into our beautiful new home. The only reason it took that long was due to some unexpected weather. And the guys that moved and set our house are some of the best guys you’ll meet. They were a pleasure to work with. Thank you Frank for our beautiful home. And thank you Mark for all the hard work you put in to setting up our house.
