John Keener has inspected multiple houses for us and is always extremely thorough with his inspections and very knowledgeable about any potential issues, explaining anything you might want to know and making sure you understand each issue and how important it is. His reports are very detailed and include pictures so you know exactly what he is describing. He is knowledgeable of current building codes, noting what meets and what doesn't. John Keener is extremely thorough and takes his work very seriously. I am very happy I got my home inspection through him and Mountaineer Home Inspections. Can't ask for a better service and very prompt in getting the inspection report over and explaining. I'll never use another home inspector.
