So great with the kids. Love the way they are getting into a healthy routine of physical activity at a young age. I also highly respect the sport as well as the knowledge they are passing down to build confidence, respect for others and respect for themselves.

My wife and son both train here. Their confidence has risen tremendously since joining. The coaches here do wonders with kids. My son has learned a lot more than just jiujitsu by coming here. I highly recommend this establishment and couldn’t be happier with the results. 5 stars all the way guys keep it up!

Fantastic atmosphere! All of the instructors are top notch human beings and coaches. You will get a level of camaraderie here that is hard to find anywhere else.Everyone at Ground Zero is more than willing to work with you in a safe manner to ensure your succeed. This is also by far the most fun way to workout and stay in shape!
