“I did not have to wait more than a mi Ute to be seen! The assistant was polite and gentle with X-rays! The hygiene’s was the most gentle one I have ever had! Explained what she was doing every step of the way! Dr. Rominger was so personable and thorough! It was a great dental checkup!“

“There are more options in dentures then I expected. I took my mother and felt a little rushed in her making a decision. She previously had a bottom implant from many years ago. One post had fallen out and the other post is currently infected. The doctor wrote her a prescription for an antibiotic. They would only remove the post in the future if she agreed to have both top and lower dentures made in the future. The doctor said he could refer us to the dental school or we could go somewhere else to have it removed. The assistant was very sweet and the ladies at the front desk. I was disappointed that there appeared to be no option of post removal if she wasn't interested in having a bottom denture made. $1085 is a lot of money for a bottom denture alone. I think they should have given her an option to remove the post for a price regardless of her electing a bottom denture. She did pay for the upper denture today and will receive it next Wednesday. We will have her post remove elsewhere and give her time to heal and decide if she wants to pursue the bottom denture at a later time without the pressure we felt today..“

“Had a consultation with Dr. Alakailly today about my options to get all my teeth pulled. She really cared about my health conditions first. It was her first priority and we went from there. Went over options and decided that doing the procedure at WVU Hospital was best choice and can get them all out in one session instead of multiple sessions if done in Bridgeport .
