I have been going to Lawson Family Dentistry since I was a kid and have been taking my son there since he was old enough, but that ends as of today. I have never dealt with such unprofessional, snarky and honestly just plain rude (putting it nicely) staff. The dental hygienists and Dr. Chad are always very professional, kind and helpful but the front desk staff is completely opposite. I will say there is always one nice receptionist that has been with that office for several years and I truly wish I knew her name to recognize her. I also wish I could say that for the rest of the front staff, especially Ashleah, but they are horrible. I truly hope Dr. Chad Lawson does well in the area and wish him all the best. But good luck keeping patients with people like that handling most of your patient care.

It might have taken a while to get in, but well worth the wait. Staff is Courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Doctor Chad takes the time to ask about me, and my adult children and remembers things about them. Since childhood I have had nothing but horrible experiences at the dentist. I can testify that this office is exactly the opposite!!! I have never been more COMFORTABLE with a dentist then with this office!!!!

Every filling they have given me has broken off in less than 6 months. They take forever to get into see and they don’t care about their clients. I highly don’t recommend! I have called on several occasions to try to see them about having my fillings fixed and they never answer the phone or call me back. When I do get ahold of them they’re always rude. I had complications after having one of my fillings done and the dentist refused to see me to see what was wrong until I told him I was going to see another dentist and then he finally agreed to see me he then realized my gums were infected.
