I didn’t get any services done, as I canceled, but they were so polite and willing to work with me in paying for the problem that was needing fixed to try and save me some money. If I ever need services, I’ll for sure be going to them in the future.
Air Comfort Inc (Pappy’s) Rock Branch is always ready to help when you call them. They do a great job. Will always call them if we need work on the furnace, air conditioner and hot water tank.
We called at about 9 a.m. on Wednesday morning - I kid you not, they were at our home by 9:15 a.m. The business is family owned and I was blessed enough to be a classmate of one of the operating family members. The men that came to our home were honest, respectful, helpful, efficient, and so kind! I have a pitbull puppy, and they let her stay out and play without a single complaint. The entire process was done in a matter of two days. Completely removed the old unit and had it completely reinstalled seamlessly with little to no hassle at all.
