My mom went in looking for a wig after losing all her hair to chemo. She was instantly greeted with open arms and assisted in finding a wig she loved. The online wigs are hard to love because you can never try them on. After having a horrible experience at Harvey’s Wigs this was a breath of fresh air. I love the way they treat customers and my mom came home feeling confident and comfortable with two new wigs! Thank you
Called to get a touch up on my natural twist. There wasn't an answer but the owner called me right back to address the missed call. I wasn't able to be seen that particular day because the stylist wasn't able to get me in on such a short notice. However the owner went out & beyond to assist me. And invited me to come see them when I return back home to Beckley. That is customer service.
