We recently had a death in our family and dealt with Amber Duffield in making arrangements at the White Chapel Mausoleum in Barboursville, WV. To say that she went above and beyond in providing excellent service to us would be an understatement. We also purchased additional spaces for future needs while we were dealing with her. She is a caring, sincere and honest person who pays attention to detail. We recommend her at our top level to anyone for immediate needs or future planning.

Kim Hammonds did an excellent job discussing in detail all of our purchases. She was able to help us make important decisions concerning our loved ones final resting place. She was extremely kind, helpful, diligent and knowledgeable in all aspects of our negotiations. We have complete confidence in Kim as our representative for White Chapel Memorial Gardens. We recommend Kim Hammonds highly to anyone in need of funeral arrangements.

Both of my parents are buried at White Chapel Memorial Gardens; for better or worse I was the one who had to make the arrangements for both. White Chapel staff, from the office staff to the grounds keeps were all very respectful, empathetic and did what they could to make a difficult time as easy as they could. They take their role in the management of of loved one's final resting place serious and provide a dignified service to those interned there. I no longer live in the area or have any immediate family; however, I still thank them for the kindness they showed highly recommend them for anyone in the Huntington area.
