Never filed my returns, for several years. Told me they had. Helpful staff, but they know the issues. Now, I’m screwed. I, also, had to work to get thar information. Should have been called, wth.

I never leave reviews, but this service was so unbelievably bad that I had to. I would leave no stars if I could. Absolutely do not go here.The communication was almost nonexistent and absolutely nothing was dealt with in a timely manner.I dropped my taxes off 4 weeks before the deadline (April 2023), never received a call back to update me on the status or to ask me questions. During this period my old CPA called and said he could get them done the same week as the deadline. After almost a week of calling the office and only getting through to the secretary, I was finally able to talk to the CPA on the day of the tax deadline where I was told that he 'hadn't really gotten...read full review
