Attempted to make an appointment today but the CSR refused to confirm an appointment until I gave her my credit card info. We do not give out that info over the phone so she refused to schedule an appointment. We have been members in good standing with ME for 20+ years. We trave frequently and use ME businesses all over the country - NEVER have we been refused appointments without giving a credit card to hold the appointment. Wow!! Just Wow! They closed their Charleston location where we went frequently but refuse to take care of members. I will be speaking with ME corporate about this type of behavior. Absolutely disgusted. I never leave reviews but wow the level of fraudulence and unprofessionalism with this merchant is surreal! I called to schedule an appointment online, and staff told me I could only schedule an appointment as a member, which I agreed to. She created one for me and said I could access my appointments to make changes and cancel, which I didn't do immediately. I made an appointment with them over the phone.i was out of town for work and called 48hrs to cancel after I couldn't access the account they had created. I left them a voicemail after trying everything.

I called to schedule an appointment online, and staff told me I could only schedule an appointment as a member, which I agreed to.
