“Unfortunately today I canceled my future appointments. Unfortunate because I really liked the doctor but don't really have the time the appointments were taking. I was there an hour and 10 minutes yesterday. Waited for a while then when I went to the room the doctor cracked my back and neck. Then the nurse came to put the tens and heating pads on my lower back. I found that odd because my issue is in my neck and right shoulder not my lower back. Timer went off on the machine, it stopped and it was about 15 minutes before anyone came back in. On the way out I stopped to make my next appointments. The paper said 2 more times this week so we made an appointment for Wednesday but the lady at the desk said the doctor was only there a few hours Thursday and not at all Friday. Then said "she" had openings Monday. I wasn't seeing a "she doctor". She had made my appointments with the wrong doctor and had to redo them. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice but not real thorough about the task at hand. I really do like the doctor but again the appointments take so long and I prefer to treat my issue rather than a different area of my body considering the time and money it costs.“
