Brought my iPhone 8 Plus & iPhone 12 here to get both screens replaced , charged $200 for the 12 & $90 for the 8. Told us it’d be 45 minutes , ended up being an hour & a half. We went back after 45 min told us another 15 min so we went to the car & then came back in after 20 min, still wasn’t ready. Dropped the phone off at 11:50, didn’t get the phones back until 1:40. While we checked the 2 times before getting them he wasn’t even working on them instead he was on a phone call both time (we were his only customers at the time) . Then upon getting the phones , he tells us that the sims card doesn’t work in the 12 anymore, and Upcharged the price to $320!! then...read full review

Do not recommend. Always the rudest and pushiest employees. You will ask to see a case and they will ask for your phone and they CRAM it in there causing scratchs or warping to the phone itself. THEY SHOULD HAND YOU THE CASE AND NEVER TOUCH THE PHONES! Also the cases are way upcharged. I definetly don't recommend, just order a case.
