I lived in Huntington, WV 2 years ago. This may be the most random review, but it is as real and honest as its going to get.My first appointment with Amy was a bit confusing because I tend to over analyze body language and voice tones. (Childhood trauma..lol) So, she seemed to me a bit rude or short, but still acknowledgeable.All of this randomness to tell you: I was washing my face this morning, and thought about my acne and skin texture difference from 2 years ago to now. I would have never believed that my skin would be free from cystic acne and dark scaring spots.I didn't have to go super often, Maybe 7-9 sessions in a 1.5 years. Wonderful staff but no handicapped bathroom. Nearly impossible to get into the bathroom if your handicapped. A wheelchair "will not fit" so be aware if your loved ones have an appointment and have to use the restroom. "They need a wheelchair accessible bathroom for people who cannot walk"!

This office charges 40 dollars copay for seeing an assistant and not the actual doctor. If an assistant sees you and not the actual doctor the copay is $25 dollars. I have been ripped off a bunch of times in this office. I changed dermatologist too because in 2 years of being a patient there, I never met Amy.
