We were in the hottest week of the summer, and Justin made time pretty quickly for my family. He was thorough and super informative. Our system will likely need replacing in the next couple of years simply due to age but for now, it's working fine. That visit was in July, and it's now the end of August. When we build a new house in the next 3-5 years, I'll be calling Justin to be a part of things!
Our hot water tank sprung a leak and flooded our basement. Justin came out within a few hours of my husband contacting him, diagnosed the problem and installed a brand new hot water tank in the same day. I was very impressed with his promptness and very thankful that we didn’t even have to go a whole day without hot water! Fair prices and prompt service! We will use Heritage Heating and Cooling again!
