Had a tree fall on my garage. I called and left a message, late on Sunday. They got back to me immediately, stopped by later and cleaned it all up Monday morning. Excellent work, excellent customer service, excellent experience.
I dont normally write reviews but Jessica and the rest of the staff were so amazingly considerate, communicational and accommodating. For religious purposes, their services were needed sooner rather than later and there were miles of travel involved. Jessica made it happen in a timely fashion and with compassion and empathy. I cannot recommend Colleen and Willow Spa enough!! After a very bad experience at Paradise Nails two days before my sister’s wedding, I was in desperate need of a pedicure and manicure. I called Willow Spa crying and Colleen opened up her business an hour early the next day to save the day. I was greeted with a delicious cup of coffee and a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Colleen told me she didn’t have time for a full pedicure/manicure as they are usually booked months in advanced. However, Colleen was diligent, super friendly, and gave me, in my opinion, what seemed like a full-service pedicure and manicure. She charged me a fraction of the price. Colleen even went above and beyond and gave me some left-over polish in case my nails chipped while I practiced and then performed a few songs on the violin at the wedding. I did not need it. I’ve never had a simple manicure (just polish) last so long. This picture was taken over a week after the wedding- not a single chip!!! Colleen explained that she buffed the edges of my nails down in order to prevent chipping. I’m so impressed by Willow Spa and thankful for them squeezing me in! Highly recommend!!!!
Hired Wickman to replace old windows. The process was professional, the 2 person crew were knowledgeable and did a great job. Communication throughout the project was exceptional.
Very highly recommended. We live close to nature in these parts, and I’m happy to work with someone who has a true depth of knowledge and appreciation when it comes to local wildlife. He was a super detective in figuring out how the critters were getting into my very tightly built house, and how to evict them gracefully and prevent that from happening again. Thank you!!!
My dog had fleas and so I was desperate for an odd-size vacuum cleaner bag and didn't have time to wait for online delivery. This place had exactly what I needed cheaper than anything I saw online. Plus, he was very pleasant to deal with. But wear a mask.

I needed my eyeglasses repaired immediately before the holiday weekend after my contacts had dried out. Laverne working behind the glasses counter was fantastic. She fixed my glasses in under 10 minutes. I cannot speak highly enough of the service. Highly recommend it.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dawn at Salon on Hemlock today and she did a marvelous job cutting my hair. I'm very picky about how I want it and she was an excellent listener while not being afraid to offer great advice. Dawn isn't a product-pusher, but will make recommendations based on the questions her clients ask when they want to address certain troubles. I also found her to be a lovely, sweet person and I'm glad to have found a place I feel comfortable going for hair care in the Northwoods!
We thank our vet , they did a fantastic job, they diagnosed our baby with a skin allergy, and our boy Capone is doing fantastic. He is back to himself once again at the age of nine ,a black lab . Our Sincere Thanks

Great Place to board your furry family member. Friendly, Clean....cared my dogs like they were his own. Willing to handle pets with medication needs if not too entailed. I liked when I walked in that the building throughout not only was very clean, but you could tell that the owner (Bill) takes pride in cleanliness for the pets. I recommend V.I.P Boarding Highly to Everyone!!!!
This is the cutest shop! I make a point of stopping here whenever we are in Minocqua. They have so many unique things there and the gal that works there is just the nicest person to talk with. I should have asked her name! Love this shop!
