I had the pleasure of Laura the owner as my aesthetian for a facial. Laura took time to ask me relative questions to my health, skin and expectations. She took the time to really listen. I was a bit hesitant going to Glow verses a dermatologist, I have rosacea and under the care of a dermatologist in Chicago, but I'm happy I did. The facial was relaxing, but more importantly, Laura took precautions based on my skin history and I left feeling confident that I will certainly recommend Glow services and return for additional services. “I have been a member at this location for over a year. Was new to the area and both Shelly and Jamie have been so amazing. The small town friendliness is everything; but today I went in on my lunch break and for the second time I was a bit inconvenienced by one of the two instant tan machines being down that my membership pays for so I had to use another. Shelly was kindly helping a customer set up a membership before signing me in. I wanted the instant tan bed however, the customer before me had just signed up and was going to use the only working instant bed for the full time. I didn’t have time to wait for that and she saw my frustration and I just wanted to share this story. Because of Shelly, my frustrations of the inconvenience a second time, made my tanning experience top notch. Also, I got a great tan! I appreciate the sweeties here on all my visits.
