I just joined this gym and it has been nothing but a great experience! A lot of equipment and clean. Very friendly and welcoming environment, and Jen, the owner is so so kind. You cannot beat the monthly rate here either! 10/10 recommend!

I must first say that this gym is nothing less than FABULOUS! I moved here from out of state and always read reviews on businesses and this place got great reviews. Now I am adding a great review from my own personal experience. This gym is kept very clean by the owner, Jen. She is super friendly and helpful. She waves and calls you by name when you enter. After you join you get a key fob and have access 24/7. This gym feels very comfortable because it is a mix of ages, not just all young and perfectly in shape people. The BEST!!! Jens enthusiasm is addictive! Great machines, free weights, treadmills, balls, kettle bells, an endless supply of workout methods. Jens one-on-one training is excellent.
