Jenny in out patient surgery is a delight to meet and have check you in as a patient.
The minute I dropped off my mother at the door we were asked by the front desk employee if she needed a wheel chair. Every desk we walked past from the main entrance to our out patient location someone greeted us with a good morning and a smile.
Everyone was kind, accommodating, and mindfully communicating at every touch point to make sure we were taken care of.
5 stars for me. Wish every hospital had this attention to care. I've only had a few (3) experiences similar to this in all my years.
