We have had Dr. Ponce as a vet for 16 years. Our 3 dogs have gotten the best care here. One of our dogs has had so many medical issues including cancer and a horrible infection where she required a feeding tube. If it weren’t for Dr. Ponce our dog would not be here. Dr. Ponce is incredibly intelligent and does whatever it takes for your pet to get a diagnosis and the proper treatments. She truly cares and is the best vet. We are SO thankful for Dr. Ponce
They are themselves "pet people" and handle not only your treasures animal but when "that time" comes are genuinely compassionate. If I had a pet rhino I'd choose them first though I don't think the exam table or door would be quite appropos.... They're great at what they do
I can't say enough good things about the staff at animal medical and surgical. They're absolutely amazing. I will never take my pets anywhere else.
From making appointments to the vet visit to the follow-up, they are outstanding in their class. I've had animals my whole life and Have been to countless veterinary clinics through the years. They are by far the best in Central Wisconsin.
