Update 9-29-2022 Well we hate to change our review, but at this point since we have gotten nowhere we feel like its appropriate. Although we gave A3 a good review on the cutting down of trees they did we can not recommend them now. A3 neglected to complete a significant part of the job that they were going to remedy. Originally they worked on our project late into the evening while partly dark. While we understand needing to complete they also took a large portion of the logs we asked them to leave so we could use for firewood. We asked them not to remove as we wanted to keep. Being that it was they said instead of them hauling off truck they would come and return another time with a full face cord or 2 for us, they even insisted it would be much better wood. Feeling they were honest and as long as they agreed to do that for sure we agreed. Well here we are still waiting for the wood promised. We have called and emailed many times as well with many promises and zero results.....and we are sure the 5/6 logs they took they chopped up and sold themselves. So at this time unfortunately we can not recommend A3 Tree Service. Dec 3, 2021 A3 did a great job helping us with clearing our lot recently. They were thoughtful on the process and explained to us ways to accomplish what we needed done. They were efficient and reliable even when some things needed to be done additionally. We would recommend their service.
Brad , Sid, and the guys have been great to work with! Brad gave me many options on taking down my trees and was accommodating when we changed plans the day of. They worked very long hours and did a great job. I’ve used a few other tree services and we by far prefer these guys! Definitely recommend!
